I was invited to speak at the Chain of Lakes YMCA in Lino Lakes. I was able to give a presentation to elderly people on exercises to prevent falls. It was their annual senior safety fair and I was so proud to be a part of it! The best
part was when we all got to stand up and do the exercises together!
